  • All products are securely packed with protective materials to avoid damage during transit. Fragile items are specially marked.

  • Deliverables such as reports, creatives, or dashboards are shared via:

  • Service timelines are agreed upon in the proposal/contract and vary per project.

  • Typically, campaigns or first reports are delivered within 7–10 working days from start date.

2.3 No Shipping Charges

  • As these are digital services, no physical shipping charges apply.

3. Shipping Policy for Installation / On-site Services / Remote services

3.1 Eligibility

  • Installation services (e.g., laptop parts fitting, IT setup) are available in select cities.

  • Availability will be confirmed via email or call after order confirmation.

  • it totally depends upon the service and confirmation by the customer whether services can be availed remotely or on-site.

3.2 Service Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Clients can request rescheduling up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

3.3 Service Coverage

  • Installation includes basic setup/configuration.

  • Extended services (e.g., complex wiring, software integration) may incur additional charges.
