1. Refund Policy for Physical Products (Laptop Spare Parts)

1.1 Eligibility for Refund

You may request a refund if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • An incorrect item was shipped.

1.2 Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds are not provided if:

  • The product was damaged due to mishandling or incorrect installation.

  • The product shows signs of use or tampering.

  • You ordered the wrong part due to incompatibility issues.

1.3 Refund Process

  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

  • Upon inspection, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

1.4 Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong or defective item), we cover the shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to customer error, you bear the return shipping cost.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Marketing Services & Consultancy

2.1 Refund Eligibility

As digital marketing services involve resource allocation and time-based work, refunds are limited. However, you may be eligible if:

  • The service has not yet started.

  • There is a clear breach of agreement or non-delivery of agreed services.

2.2 Non-Refundable Situations

  • If a campaign or service has already commenced.

  • Dissatisfaction due to subjective expectations (e.g., lower traffic or engagement than hoped, without breach of SLA).

  • Delay caused due to incomplete inputs or lack of cooperation from the client.

2.3 Pro-Rata Refunds

  • In case of premature contract cancellation, refunds may be granted pro-rata, deducting completed work, platform charges, or any third-party fees already incurred.

2.4 Cancellation Window

  • For monthly services, written cancellation notice must be provided 7 days prior to renewal to avoid charges for the upcoming cycle.

3. Refund Policy for Installation / On-site Services

3.1 Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • The technician fails to show up on the scheduled date.

  • The service is cancelled by us due to unavailability.

3.2 Partial Refunds

If the service is:

  • Partially completed, we may offer a partial refund based on time and work done.

3.3 Non-Refundable Situations

  • You cancel the visit before the delivery of the service.

  • The technician is unable to perform the task due to customer-caused delays, inaccessibility, or missing prerequisites.

3.4 Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days from cancellation confirmation.
