This Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which The Laptop Company (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), operated by Techspeed Technologies LLC, accepts order cancellation requests. This policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions, Shipping Policy, and Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided that the order has not yet been processed.
2. Order Processing & Cancellation Eligibility

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (business days) may be processed the same day

Once an order has entered processing, it cannot be cancelled

Orders that have been shipped are not eligible for cancellation
In such cases, customers must refer to our Return, Refund & Replacement Policy.
3. Digital Products (Software, Antivirus & Security)

Digital products are delivered electronically

Once delivered, orders are considered fulfilled and cannot be cancelled
4. Genuine Products (Laptops & Printers)

Orders for genuine products may move quickly into processing

Cancellation requests may not be possible once order processing begins
5. Order Modification Requests
Requests to modify an order (including changes to address, product, or quantity):

Must be submitted within the cancellation window

Are subject to approval

May not be possible once the order is processed
6. Cancellation Request Process
To request a cancellation, customers must:

Requests submitted outside the allowed window may not be accepted.
7. Refund for Cancelled Orders
For approved cancellations:

A full refund will be issued

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
8. Non-Cancellable Orders
Cancellation is not permitted in the following cases:

Orders already processed or shipped

Digital products after delivery

Orders where fulfillment has already begun
9. Fraud & Risk Management

Delay or hold orders for verification
10. Delivery & Fulfillment Alignment

Orders marked as “Delivered” by the shipping carrier are considered fulfilled

Cancellation is not possible after shipment or delivery
