1. General Return Policy

We accept returns on most physical products within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

  • The product must be in resellable condition

Items returned damaged, used, or missing parts may not qualify for a full refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

Digital Products
  • Antivirus keys (Norton, Bitdefender, etc.)

  • Software license codes

  • Digital downloads

Once delivered or activated, these items are non-refundable as they cannot be resold.

Other Non-Returnable Items
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products customized or altered at customer request


3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email

  • If approved, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refund Timeline

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Wrong items received

  • Damaged products (proof required)

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos or video evidence

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost


6. Return Shipping Costs
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect item), we cover the shipping cost.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.


7. Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, and the order must follow the return process.

Digital products cannot be canceled after the activation key is delivered.
